From the start of contacting Healthy Home Solar, my experience was top notch. Our salesman, Bill, was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and I did not feel pressured. Sulia, from the office, called me weekly to keep me informed. The installers we fabulous. Will walked us through the use of our system and was quick to call back to answer any and all questions. Excellent company and experience!!

. No communication regarding appointments. Products not delivered on time.
There was no communication at what time the installation team would arrive, just a date. I have missed a total of 8 hours of work waiting for people to show up, and had to call several people and send several texts to find out if they were even coming on the day they said they were coming. After the product was sold to us, we found out that the ground mount was not what we were told it would be, as well as the number of panels we would need. This whole ordeal has been extremely stressful and I would never recommend this company to any one... I am seriously regretting going with this company.
I would like to be reimbursed for the time I have missed work. The stress and inconvenience cannot not be compensated for. I just want others to know to make sure, if you want to use this company, get a complete list of their contractors before you sign anything.

While I did receive a check to compensate for my time missed from work, it does not excuse the un- professionalism of the company. We were never given a list of the contractors they used or phone numbers. We were given dates of their arrivals, but no time frames for their arrival. They even cancelled an appointment and rescheduled without our knowledge. I feel that we were taken advantage of and I would like other consumers to know what to expect when dealing with this company. We still do not have our solar up and runningthis is not as quick and easy as the saleman made all of this seem.
Healthy Home Solar were amazing! They were completely honest and very trustworthy. The got the permit immediately and installation was right after that. Everyone that I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable, professional and communicated very well with me during the whole process.
Everyone was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for solar. They also installed a energy efficient water heater with the solar. Very professional all the way through.
