I have never received any product I have called over times in months at first it was out of stock and now there is not a working number
No product after payment made

I was told I had a day trial period to use garcininia wow then was billed recurring charge I called and was told to get my money back I had to return it if I hadn't used any of it what kind of trial is that I didn't lose any weight as promised and want my money back my day trial was not over

Healthy New Beginnings, Inc. offered a 14 day free trial of Garcinia Wow and then offered Garcinia Elite Slim for just $4.95 shipping and handling each. At the 14 day mark, I was charged $86.90 for the Garcinia Wow and $89.57 for the Elite Slim. As I didn't read the terms of service fine print, I didn't realize that the 14 day free trial ended in a charge. The bottles I received were for 30 day amounts. I never opened them and when I called Healthy New Beginnings, I was told that they send a full bottle and when the 14 days are up, they charge you for the bottle. I asked if I could return it as I had not opened it and was told yes. He processed a RMA for the product and informed me there was a fee of $9.90 for restocking so that they could resell the product. I asked if both bottles could be sent back together and was told no. I would have to call the number on the back of the Elite Slim. Found out that there was another $9.90 restocking fee and that I had to pay shipping to send both back individually. Since the company seemed to be such a stand up company, I sent it back certified with receipt requested. So, my 14 day FREE trial turned out to be $22.46 for each bottle AND I never even tried it. I am told that I will receive a refund for each bottle minus the $9.90 restocking fee after 10-14 days from the day they receive my returns. This company is out to take all it can get from its customers. I've read the complaints and their answers and Revdex.com finds that they were settled by the company. They are not settled. I am out $44.92 for a free trial.
