Rude, lack knowledge, physically thrreatening
A Russian/Ukrainian woman threatened me, getting 2 inches from my face as if to instigate a physical fight, beacuse I had the audacity to show her the 2 teas I came to purchase, that she insisted they did not carry. She then proceeded to call the police because I dared to purchase rather than leave the store on her command. Disgusting behaviour. The teas were a gift, and I was catching a flight in few hours, otherwise I would not have purchased. Have made attempts to contact management and been ignored

Healthy Planet's corporate policies leave much to be desiredThe first time I shopped at one of their location - Islington - I was told that I would get a 5% discount every Tuesday and I would also get points on my Vicinity cardSeveral months later, a staff member there told me I could either get the 5% discount or Vicinity points but not bothHe also said that the 5% discount is only for seniors and since I do not look that old, they are not giving it to me The next time, I went to another location - Dundas East in Mississauga - and I received both the 5% discount and Vicinity pointsLast week I returned to the Mississauga location and another staff member told me that I could only get the 5% discount or the Vicinity pointsAlso, I had to ask for the 5% discount; the staff member had charged me the full amountWhen I challenged them on this, the staff member said it was Head Office's policyI felt that they had been dishonestTheir policies appear to be changing depending on who is manning the cash register

Let me begin by mentioning how I have spent $1000's in this store over timeThe last time I was in the store at bathurst and sheppard, my experience was horrible because of the poor unprofessional staffI was waiting to pay for some items at the check out counter, only to be literraly ignored by tye cashier while she casually continued her personal phone call with her friendAfter waiting for aprox mins or so, I say excuse me to her as she has given me her backTo my shock instead of appologizing for keeping me waiting, she instead tells her friend on the phone that she has to go because she has a "very impatient customer waiting"I heard this comment about me being impatient and took true offence to this, considering the fact that I was waiting patiently but was clearly being ignored and I was trying to pay and get on my way After mentioninh it to her that I was offended, she began to argue with me and try to talk over me and even refused my request to speak to her managerAfter insisting to speak to her manager, she finally calls another employee over who was of absolute no help to me eitherIn fact he began to question what I heard and what was said to meI asked to speak to the real manager of the store in utter ahock that now I was being called a ***At the end I just walked out of the store frustrated and offended and didnt even buy what I was trying to pay forI just left it on the counter In short, terrible experience in this store, I will now never purchase anything from all healthy planet stores *** *** ***

I ordered some tea from them They sent me someone else's order by mistake, complete with an invoice that had someone else's name on it When I contacted them, they told me that they needed proof I had actually received a wrong order, and told me to take photos of the shipment and email it to them Fine, I did Then they sent me *** info to ship the product back to them Fine, I did that too They refused to re-ship my correct order until they had received back their original package, despite the fact that I had already been charged for it Even after I sent it back, they still didn't re-ship my order
I emailed them repeatedly, and rarely got any response at all Then they told me they shipped it, but gave me an invalid *** tracking number that didn't exist My proper order FINALLY showed up after a week of fighting with them, when I finally threatened to go to the Revdex.com

This is a review of Healthy Planet online vitamin and supplement store
The online store lists items in stock available for order, and once you have ordered and paid, - several days later you will get an email that your item(s) are not in stock
You will not be refunded, rather you will wait indefinitely for a no-show item Eventually you will have to seek redress through paypal or your credit card issuer
I advise people to search reviews and find a more reliable seller Once Healthy Planet gets your money that is all they care about Terrible 'customer service'
Best advice: Shop somewhere else

Staff at the Markham location recommended a product to replace one I had been taking which was out of stock I tried the product for days and experienced side effects I brought the product back on the 5th day and was told that no refund or exchange would be granted because I had used the product I was not advised of this policy when I was given their recommendation Staff was unapologetic and when I pointed out that it was their own recommendation that I had followed, they said I should have done my own independent research Very poor and disrespectful customer service They didn't even care to know what side effects I had experienced with the product so as to advice other customers I am not going back there again

One of the worst retail establishments, I have ever been to. 3 locations in Toronto and all of the staff are rude, ill mannered and lazy and disinterested in helping the customer. In particular, the location at Warden and Eglinton. Staff there are extremely rude and offensive and I can honestly say I have spent a lot of money in this location and I will not return due to the ill mannered behaviour of the storev employees.
