First of all this lady is a bit out of touch with reality ;-(
#- She stated that she spoke to my brother prior to ordering the product and he said that she could return it if it didn't workHe did not say that (None of our Managers say
that as they know there are no returnsUnless there is a note from their Doctor stating that it was our products that they are having some sort of a reaction toThat has happened just once in over 20,customers in almost yearsAnd that's because our products are all natural) as it is our companies policy to tell any customer that asks about a guarantee the following "There is no guarantee as we don't know what you will be eating in the privacy of your own home ;-(
I can tell you that with over 20,customers, we haven't had a single one, who followed the program, not see significant weight loss ;-)
#- She stated that no where on our website does it say that the product can't be returnedIn our Terms & Conditions it CLEARLY states "Return Policies- Spray Your Fat Away, LLC's products that are purchased directly from Spray Your Fat Away, LLC by an end-user Customer may be not be returned by for any reasonCustomer should be aware of this before purchasing any products." And when the click the final button it says that they understand and have read our terms & conditions

She placed the order online on August 13th, it was shipped out of the Fargo office on August 14th and was delivered to her via USPS Priority Mail on August 15thAs it clearly states in our diet manual (which is available on our website on the "Our Program" page, that you must binge for days first before starting the actually diet part to trick the brain so it does not go into "Starvation Mode"So if she followed the system properly, she would have started the diet part on Aug 18th or 19thThat would mean that she did the actual "diet part" for 1, possibly daysThere is no diet that works in 1-days ! If there was it would truly be a Miracle Diet ! We've had customers that were not following the diet properly, then after we've spoken to them and corrected what they were doing wrong, saw the weight start coming off just as we tell them it will
#- She stated that it started to make her feel sickThe reason some people feel nauseous in the first few days is because they are going through sugar withdrawals, however that only lasts 3-days (depending on how much sugar they are used to consuming
#- The reason that you guys gave us an F rating is that you requested our customers personal information / files and we did not supply them as it is a Direct Violation of the HIPPA Laws !
#- It was her that was very disrespectful to my Brother / Partner & to our Manager in Bismarck, ND (we have the voice-mail she left us if you'd like to hear it)
And finally we care Very much about our customers and have hundreds & hundreds of unsolicited letters, emails & phone calls from them ;-)
And anybody who has issues and calls or emails us, I personally answer ALL emails that come to us through our website and call and speak to everybody who is having any issues as I called Lindsey yesterday to speak to her however she did not answer & did not return my phone call as I left her a message to do so ?

No I do not accept this responseI want to return the product and receive a refundI was told on the phone that I could get a refund but assured me I will be fineHowever when I tried to return the product, he said the website stated no refundsI was lied toThe product is literally overpriced garbageI never should have made the purchase but should not be punished due to malicious and sneaky tactics by the owners

Nobody ever told her that she could return this product
We've been open since 2010, this has been our policy since day because you can't resell any digestibles once they have left our offices (per the FDA)We've had over 20,000+ customers and I don't see other complaint about us here on your Revdex.com website(Just her) Which is pretty darn good for being open for almost yearsOur customers have had tremendous success with our program and we have literally changed many peoples lives ! (They've told us that in the many emails, phones calls and in person, many which are on our website & Facebook page)I personally think that she is a very angry person and as I stated in my first response, never even really tried to do our program as she filed a complaint or maybe days after she started, based on order date & shipping date and the date she received the programShe yelled at my Brother/Partner/Manager in FargoYelled at my Manager in BismarckLeft a voicemail where she was yelling and demanding we refund her moneyShe even sent me an email wanting to discuss her issue and I called her, left a very nice messageAnd did she call back to discuss this ? NO
She just went and filed a complaint with youSo we are standing firm that she will not get a refund and we are Very Proud of our weight loss system & will continue to help many others Lose Fat & Live Healthy ;-)

I was a bit skeptical when I first heard of this program. Decided I'd give it a try and figured since I was spending a pretty decent amount of money on it I would make an extreme effort to actually follow the program with no cheating. Completed 30 days of this program and managed to lose 35 lbs. This program was definitely worth it. I've recommended it to friends and family who are looking to lose 10, 20, 30, and even 40 lbs. Follow the program and you will lose weight, and fast.
