Healthy Woman was not unsympathetic to Ms*** as her complaint suggestsWe began by extending her weight loss time without additional charge for months, then offered to put her program on hold, just as we would for anyone with a non-permanent medical condition Over the past years,
we have readily and openly worked with members who have needed to take some time away for health, family, financial, travel or other reasonsTo this day, she can return and get all of her time back that she has been gone.

We began by extending her weight loss time without additional charge for 2 months, then offered to put her program on hold, just as we would for anyone with a non-permanent medical condition.  Over the past 14 years,...

we have readily and openly worked with members who have needed to take some time away for health, family, financial, travel or other reasons. To this day, she can return and get all of her time back that she has been gone.
