I completed a Healthywager with Healthywage to lose lbs in months I bet high and ended up winning! After completing the easy paperwork, I received my check in the mail in a timely manner I didn't have any communication or special situations throughout the time of the bet, so I can't speak to how their customer service handles that But they were pleasant to work with after my end date and I was claiming my winnings

Review: I participated in the 10000 dollar challenge. In the beginning of the contest you would either select your team, or be randomly assigned to one. This wasn't a big deal, because it was stated that you always had the option of leaving that particular team. However, they placed a one month limit on team changes, without ever informing the participants, nor even placing it in the rules. If they had done either of those things I would have more actively sought out better participants to replace the teammates that had quit the competition. Obviously I can see the logic on putting a time limit on team changes, but they should have made an effort to convey when and what the limit was.Desired Settlement: I think in general if you're going to have a contest, make sure everyone has access to the rulebook. You wouldn't start a poker game, and the middle of a hand declare deuces are wild. I honestly don't know what I expect. I'm still upset by it, and feel like I've been cheated.
