Good morning Karina and thanks you for allowing us to respond to Mr [redacted] 's second responseWe were very upfront with Mr [redacted] regarding the final out the door cash price number prior to asking him to make such a long journey from his home to our locationThis figure was a compromise to his initial offer of $including Tax, Lic and Doc Fee which he agreed to prior to making the long drive up for deliveryI'm sorry this continues to be a issue for you because we take customer service extremely serious as our record show's in our years of doing businessThanks again for your valuable time, Sean
this is not true.I asked price and sean said $6000+tax and license.no more.no less.my cousin was here on speaker phone and can verify .sean knew I had $becacuse I told him I was withdraw that amount.I was asked at bank why not get a check for exact amount and I told them itvwas plus tax and license.I can go to bank if needed and get signed statement from manager I spoke to that day

including fee's. I told that I would not be able to entertain his figure, but if he was flexible I could to the $7000 including fee's which was a number that he mentioned during our conversation. When Mr. [redacted] arrived we test drove the vehicle and went into my office to finalize the transaction. During the course of signing the contracts we went over the purchase order line by line and Mr. [redacted] signed the contracts and took delivery of the vehicle.Customer service is a priority with us and is backed up with our Cars Guru Dealer of the Year in 2016 and our near perfect Cars.com score of 4.7. out of 5. We believe that every car we sell is the first of many to that client and pride ourselves on being very up front and full disclosure regarding the vehicle and the numbers. I did speak with Mr. [redacted] and tried to replay the purchase with him and the sequence of events that let to the finalization of the numbers.Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, we try and use every situation as a training situation to get better at serving our clients.
