Review: I called hearbest on October 25,2013 for help regarding my hearing aid and I was told that deborah was not in the office and that they took my phone number and told me that I would be getting a call back . Several hours went by and never heard back then my dad called for me and they told him that they would be returning my phone call which they never did and I was in dire need of a hearing aid which my dog had ate and I needed someone to help me and never once gave a thought to return my phone call especially when I had gone to [redacted] for 20+ yrs and I get treated like this not a respectable buisness if you ask me and definatly not professional on her part why would she not return a simple phone call out of respect. I will never go back to her after being treated in an unfairly manner .Desired Settlement: I would have appreciated if [redacted] would have taken in account that I was one of her long term clients and she disregarded it without a second thought to speak to me regarding the issue I had with my hearing aid .
