Here are some of the most common sources used to collect consumer names:• County Recorder/County Assessor Records• Historical DMV and Automobile Registration Data• Packaged Goods Purchases• Census Data• City Directories• Telephone Directories• Product Registration Cards• Consumer Surveys• Website RegistrationsMany consumer list providers compile/collect data from a variety of sources, so identifying the point of origin is quite difficult. 1/31/2017To Whom It May Concern,Oviatt received notification from the Revdex.com that [redacted] has issued one to two additional complaints regarding the original complaint that he is receiving mailings from the company and would like to be removed for our mailing lists. We understand that as of late December he continued to receive mailings from Oviatt. We have taken proper measures to ensure the mailings cease, so it is our concern at this point that we do not have the correct information for [redacted]. I have registered repeated complaints about receiving unwanted, unsolicited mailings from this business, most recently on December 9, 2016. I also have contacted this business numerous times - over the course of at least four or five years - directing them to remove me from their mailing lists and not to send me further mail. They have assured me the mail would stop, and that they would direct their third-party service to delete my name from their systems. Yesterday, yet again, I received unwanted and unsolicited mail from this business.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution: No further contact by the businessNo further contact by the businessselectDesired Outcome: For the business to go straight to hell. Also, that I receive no more mailings from them.
