Roofing USA worked with me and my insurance company for roof damages Even tho insurance did not cover the complete roof, company worked with me on a quote for a complete roof Roofing crew came today, worked hard to get roof on house and back yard shed Roof looks great I was impressed with how hard they worked, covering all shrubs to protect them and then when completed cleaned up the yard and drive way Sales people came out to check on the roof and make sure I was happy with job Production manager came onsite to check project and talk to me They all were very friendly and professional Great job! We had a new roof put on 2 years ago this coming October. Last week during the big storm, the roof started leaking!!! How is this possible!! Luckily, we do have a warranty so I called the next day and they came out very quickly to check it out. They are now in the process of fixing it. He did let me know that it has been leaking the entire time every time in rained because something had gotten done wrong. That was very frustrating to find out

Might I ad that after we had it done , not once did I get a bill in the mail stating to me how much I owed but a knock at my door from a lady demanding I pay her, and this was months later. They do not have a professional system and my roof was not put on properly, for these reasons I would not recommend them to anyone! I do not know how they have an "A" rating!!!

I met with Mrs [redacted] in the first part of May 2016 to discuss her roof and what we can do for her. She had filed a claim with her insurance company and agreed to have me meet the insurance adjuster on her roof at the scheduled time. I did...

meet with the adjuster and discussed with him the scope of the roof. He had agreed to pay for the roof, our only concern was that their were a couple of soft spots meaning some decking boards may need to be replaced. I then met with Mrs. [redacted] again on 6/6/2016 to review the estimate she received from insurance company. The estimate was for full roof replacement not including the decking boards. On this day she agreed to have us do the work for the insurance proceeds with no additional costs except the deductible and upgrades. I did point out that their were some decking issues but would not know the extent of it until we tear off the shingles. I stated to her that if any decking boards needed to be replaced it would be an additional cost of $50 per board but would push for the insurance company to pay for it. I explained and she understood that if insurance company denied paying for it that it would be her responsibility. On 7/26/16 we started her roof. After tearing off the roof we found that all decking boards had to be replaced equaling the replacement of 80 boards. We were unable to re roof with out replacing and bringing the roof up to current required building code and unfortunately now considered as an upgrade cost. I informed her with the idea of again doing our best to contact the insurance company and push for them to pay for it. After having numerous conversations with her insurance company the request for them to pay for decking was denied. I then informed her of the that. Now, 80 boards at $50 per board equal $4,000 which is now considered as an upgrade cost. I agreed to reduce the price to $2,400. She was happy I helped her. Leaving her with an out of pocket cost of a $1,000 deductible plus the $2,400 equaling $3,400. We did receive all the expected insurance proceeds leaving the balance of the $3,400. I worked out an agreement with her to pay off the balance in payments at $100 per month. Up until today she has been consistent with her payments. The first $100 payment was received on 11/21/2016 leaving today's balance at $2,300. I talked to my bookkeeper and was informed that never once has she demanded payment in full. Also in the complaint stated she was told all she would owe out of pocket is $500, I have no idea how she thinks that when on the contract it clearly states that her out of pocket expense would be her deductible (which has always been $1000) and any upgrades above and beyond the insurance scope of work.
