the connecting wire from ear insert to the battery and pickup, is too short. Need to make a feed line longer to reduce pressure in the ear. Won't get again. Here Canada doesn't even reply to comments or explanations. Awful communication.

My story is for the hearing clinic in semiahmoo mall in White Rock. I went in to make appointment and was told the computer was down and that I would be given a call back. Thought it would be same day, but no it was two days later. Appointment was for last Friday. I went for appointment and was told no appointment in computer. The clerk asked who I talked to? Described dark haired girl, then proceed that maybe it was ***.. I advised that was a vision place, but then she advised they were doing hearing tests and also that that someone (never specifically said) had gotten hold of some of their client List. She treated me like I must have gone to the wrong place. Hmmmm? Well I looking into my hearing not my eyesight. So again took my name and number and said they would call for an interview. It’s been almost a week and no one called. I’m not senile yet and hope never to be, but not sure how that’s a productive business. So today looked on website and appears *** is connected to business. Now it’s starting to makes sense. Tried to go to website and send this message directly to them because I believe everyone should be given a chance to answer a complaint, but couldn’t even find that, so now posting in Revdex.com
