[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] l and my spouse [redacted] both reached out to David about the car and the contract we didn't have the car 24hrs before complaining about how the ran he then told us to have tires rotated however this didn't stop any problems the check engine light was on and we where given a inspection certificate for the car and we had it the whole time there for the contract is no good due to documents the car was never Maryland inspected it's dangerous to drive and transmission no good no way you can sell a car like that and never was it ever mentioned about a warranty of any sort and I also told finance company car was a lemon and I texted Dave and Bob finance worker about this and was told it would be taken care of however no phone calls were answer after that conversationI am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

HiThe car is sold as is where is with no warranty, they had option of purchasing extended warranty from a nationwide warranty company but they decline it,reagrdsDave R***
