I called Mrs*** and let her know I'd get her a withdraw letter asap, soon after the call I emailed her a copy of the letter of withdraw that she requested. I confirmed which email to send her a copy of the letter to, and I sent her a copy of the letter via email to ***
as requested (we'll also fax to SSA, and mail to C.) Mrs*** indicated to me she would be happy to get the requested letter, and after that time she would retract the online comment. I believe the matter to be closed at this time but I am available to help Mrs*** in the future if she needs any further help from Heard & Smith. Best Regards, *** ***
