When I moved to ** from ** I was looking for an audiologist who could assist me with my hearing aids. I reached out to Hearinc who adjusted my present hearing aids to perform at a level that was better than before. After awhile it seemed as if I was still missing out and that I could hear better if I had a better set of hearing aids.
After meeting with Jim Morris he reevaluated my hearing needs. Jim reviewed the hearing aids available and explained the pros and cons of each. I decided to get a new pair of hearing aids. I walked out of the office, got into my car, then had to turnaround and tell them that something was wrong with them. When asked what was wrong I explained that everything was to loud. I mean the air rushing around when I turned the AC on in the car was deafening. Jim walked outside with me and I pointed out sounds of birds chirping that I never even heard before. Jim assured me that I was hearing normal sounds that those with good hearing take for granted.
Since that time, I have had regular cleanings and normal check ups and have had the same great service and repeat experiences. Jim and the staff are always cordial and professional. To show their appreciation to their customers the give their clients fresh baked pie around Thanksgiving every year.
