In regards to Mr [redacted] last response.  After the offer of good faith was turned down and Mr . [redacted] made more demands we decided that there was not much we could do for him.  He made a decision  replace his factory  radio with an aftermarket radio which impaired some of the...

factory of  his radio.  We do not feel responsible in any manner for his decision and will not compensate him for making optional alteration to the OEM operation of his car.  In regards to meeting with him it is not always convenient at his times.  I attempted to set up a meeting a couple of Saturdays ago, Mr [redacted] denied to acknowledge to come to the meeting.  I will be at the dealership this Saturday, April 23rd between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm if Mr [redacted] would like to meet.  Continued derogatory comments on Social Media that give only his version of the occurrence will not assist in us coming to a resolution.

UPDATE: I want to let you know that I just picked up the car license plates and registration from [redacted] this morning 9/1/2015 and they said that the pink slip will be mailed to my home address in a couple weeks from the DMV.

I would like to meet with Mr. [redacted] and definitely would  like to here the message that he has from the Salesperson.  I initially offered to compensate Mr [redacted] for $1,000 or 1/2 of what he spent for the radio that he chose to put in his car as a good will gesture and wanted to see the receipt to determine how much he spent on the radio and what it included.
Mr. [redacted] demanded more compensation and I was not willing to meet his demands.  I would like to meet with him and determine if it is warranted to offer him good will of some kind. It is unfortunate that we have not been able to meet in the past and I have truly not been trying to avoid Mr. Fees.  We have hundreds of happy customers that we have done business with over the years and a very good standing with the Revdex.com.  When a disagreement arises I feel there is always a way to have compromise and resolution.  I would encourage Mr. [redacted] to meet with me.  I will be at the dealership this Saturday until 3:00 pm if that time works or we can determine another time.
