There is no pre-work contractWe were referred by our realtor, we called the number provided [redacted] gave us a price for the inspectionHe showed up for inspection, we paid himHe filled out the report and sent it to our realtor and that was itThe only paperwork involved was the actual home inspection report which I have attached again to this messageI don't think a pre-work contract is common for home inspections but I could be wrong.***
