To Who It May Concern:   We are in receipt of the complaint submitted on 6/13/17 ID#[redacted] by [redacted].   My name is [redacted] and I am the patient care coordinator for both the Highland and Greenville office.  I take all incoming calls for each office.  [redacted] has...

asked me to respond to this complaint and if anything further is needed you can contact either her or myself.     We have in place a system that when any caller makes a request to be removed from our mailing list they are put on an excel spreadsheet and that spreadsheet is then forwarded over to the advertising company, we will usually wait until the end of the mailing session (usually a two week time frame).   I also offered Ms. [redacted] the phone number for the National Do Not Mail Registry, as well as there website address and I do explain that they may receive a mailing or two as our advertising is 6-8 weeks out and if the timing is off they may receive another one, but it should stop within that time frame.  Ms. [redacted] did make a couple of requests to be removed from our mailing list, the last call received from her she was not very nice and she did ask to speak a manager, I let her speak with [redacted], he is the provider in the office.   On our advertising it will usually give the providers name and that is how she got his name.     I will forward an email to you which shows that prior to June 13th we did send in a request to the advertisers to have her name removed completely. Unfortunately I cannot figure a way to attach it to this email so I will have to send it in a separate email, if you need further emails showing the request I can forward them as well.   Our advertising team is really good about responding and getting people off of the list.  I have spoken with them and they have sent me a copy of their list they use, which shows her name as being on the suppressed from the mailings.  Their list is labeled Do Not Mail Southern IL and is attached to this email.  I have spoken with them again so that we can confirm Ms. [redacted] will not be getting anymore mailings from us.  Again, when someone calls in to be removed we do handle it to the best of our ability.   If there is anything further you should need, please do not hesitate to contact either [redacted] or myself.   Thank you!   [redacted] PCC Hearing Care Centers of Southern IL
