I had [redacted] trim a few of my trees in the front yard, not only was it finished in an hour, but he even cleaned up a mess that I had made! Thanks again *** Www.aztreetrimmers.com !!!!!

BEWARE!!!! You'll get the run around!! I hired AZ Tree Trimmer to trim three Mexican fan palms for $They never showed up! I called Joy after an hour when they were suppose to show, and she said I'm on the schedule, they'd be there in an hourThey never came! I called her once again and she states that the guys make their own schedule and she can put me in for the next dayFor what? To wait once again for the hopes of these guys to show up? No thanks!! I took time off to make sure to be home, only to have AZ Tree Trimmer NOT care about my time or moneyI requested from Joy that the owner contact me after she asked if I'd like to speak with himIt's been three weeks, he STILL has not called! I did go with a different company which I (and now several neighbors!) are thrilled with

I met with *** *** to give an estimate for the removal of Sissoo treesI enjoyed my conversation with *** *** and I am sad to see how he misunderstood how the tree removal process worksI even spend an extra minutes helping troubleshoot his irrigation system during the estimateI
quoted *** $to remove treesThis included a stump grinding 6"-8" below grade of all the tree stumpsI did inform *** that this type of tree has the ability to sprout completely new and independent tree saplings from the complex root system that is throughout large areas of this yardI explained that after a sump grind and the tree is completely removed that this root system, that is in no way connected to the three removal process, may attempt to sprout throughout the yardI explained that there are no chemicals that can stop this from happeningSome situation the roots may not resprout and other situations the roots may come back aggressively*** said he understood the situation that after my company comes and does 100% of the discussed project that he may still have an issue with regrowthMonths later I received a call from *** concerned about the roots growing back aggressively, he stated he already cut everything off to the ground level out of viewI offered free of charge, even though not obligated, as a courtesy to help him hand the aggressive resproutingI told him that he need to let them grow so we can see the locations to where the new trees would need to be removedA month later he had state that the new roots had sprouted up and I had informed my assistant Mary to put him on the schedule and let know that we would be out within the next couple weeks to help him by removing these growthsIt appears that from the complaint that *** was under the impression that I was in some way did not complete the original agreementAnd he took advantage of my kind gesture and used it against meMy crew did go out before the claim was filed and remove the major problem roots in the front yard and made an attempt to remove a smaller amount in the back yard but was not able to because *** did not leave the gate unlockedIn the complaint *** is asking for us to finish the job properly or repay money that was paid in fullThe job was completed per agreement on the first day we were thereThere is no reason to return money since the job was completed properlyThere are a few customers who never appear to be satisfied no matter how hard I try and *** appears to be one of them

*** *** is trying to merge two completely unrelated evens into one complaintI am going to name these as Event which occurred on Feb 15, and Event which occurred on May 19, Event was a multi day job that was worked on continuously without interruption, without any phone calls
necessary for completion of the jobEvent was competed in the time frame which was discussed and was completed to satisfaction of *** FranksIt looks as if *** *** is including Event in order to file a complaint with Event Event was nothing more that a request for an estimateBy Revdex.com's policy *** *** would need to be out monies or have been wronged in a job transactionNo actual transaction occurred in Event so he has merged the transaction in event to attempt to validate a Revdex.com complaint. The details surrounding Event 2; The first thing I would like to point out never in any conversation that I had with *** *** did I agree to doing a job for $or doing a job on a specific dateThis is a 100% statement made by *** Franks*** called while I was on vacation and our company was closed for business in the mid part of MayHe left many phone calls stating he was interested in an estimateI talked with *** on May concerning Event *** had a dead tree that he had previously ask for us to chop up in Event I had quoted him $if done at time of Event My company typically charges a minumum of $for each visit at a property*** *** is well aware of thisDuring Event *** decline the quote of $and stated he was going to remove it himselfDuring the phone call on May *** stated he chopped up a majority of the tree and wanted me to do something different than what was discussed in Event Since this was something different than what was quoted in Event I could not give him an accurate quote until I had viewed the remaining tree*** said he would only pay me $dollars to complete the jobI said I would think about ti and get back to him, maybe over the weekendThis was a holiday weekend and we were closed for business and I was not able to return *** call to further discuss this estimate he was requestingI then received a threatening voicemail from *** on Monday May 26th that *** was going to blackmail me with the Revdex.com into doing a $job that we were not capable of doing, nor did I ever agree to doBefore the complaint made it to the Revdex.com on tuesday I formally sent *** a message through phone text, which we use often to communicateI responded by saying I was sorry and I did the best I could to find someone that would help him with his project and I could not find another business interested in doing the job for $and that he might look into a smaller companies with lower overhead that would do it for that priceI then received no response from ***Only later to find out that he went through with his aggressive tactics and filed a bogus complaintI have been in communication with *** and will not be involved in his scam, nor work for him againThere will be no $job that will be done because it was never agreed toI would appreciate if the Revdex.com take care of this claim

On March I had AZ Tree Trimmer come out to trim back a mesquite tree away from my house and remove a stump in the front yardThe crew of showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic jobI recommended them to my neighbor across the street and she also had a good experienceI would use them again
Thanks,
Taylor D

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Once again this terrible businessman refuses to resolve the issues he created, and now has resorted to spurious statements and dishonesty.Facts:- I still have a copy of the original scope of work for $for the treeAfter doing the majority of the work (which he acknowledges), I offered $for his assistance to finalize the job and was told I "would be put on the schedule"Only later after I left many calls and texts over many days I was told he would not assist; keep in mind the total job was for over $and future businessYou would think any good businessman would want to help maintain good relationships with his customers, but not this businessman.- Communication is key, and in this day and age it is not difficult even during "holiday weekends"By his own statements it is clear he cannot maintain contact with his customers.- Blackmail is a serious charge, and can be considered libel and slanderousI did notify him I would consider a Revdex.com claim, but this was only after days of leaving messages (which he acknowledges in his response) to which he never responded, and it is totally misaligned and irresponsible to suggest I stated I would resort to blackmail himThis is just another example of his apparent desperation over his revolked Revdex.com statusHe was given fair notice and failed to respond, which is his fault and shows lack of responsibility.- Most indicative of his poor business approach is that rather than attempt to resolve this issue with me over less than $and keep a happy customer (which is the goal of the Revdex.com), he has spent over a year whining to the Revdex.com to have this complaint tossed outResolving customer issues should be central to any business, but not with this poor businessman.I would like reimbursement of $paid to another business to remove the remainder of the tree.I have had to take care of this issue on my ownIt is my hope that the accreditation of this business remains revolked - no other customers should be mistreated by such a poor businessman.Regards,*** ***

I had this company remove a saguaro cactus from my front yard. They brought out their boom truck and removed it in less than an hour. I have never seen such a skilled group work so quickly. I would highly recommended these guys.

The original job was completed, you then threatened to give a bad complaint if I wouldn't do another job for you. I I couldn't get around the job, nor did it even reach the minimum, and I told you this. Now your story is changed. Please stop trying to extort money out of me. I have no idea why you want $250 out of our pocket.
