I received an offer in the mail to come in for a hearing evaluation and in return I would receive a [redacted] .com gift card as compensation for my visitI went to a local store for an evaluation on 11/04/but never received the gift card as compensationI called them months after the visit and told them I did not receive my [redacted] .com gift card and the woman on the phone said she would send my concerns to the department that handles thisIt has been or months since I called and still have not received the card

I am writing to see what can be done to get a non refundable fee returnedI answered an ad for a day trial that showed a 100% refund of the purchase price if not satisfiedI was talked into a set of hearing aids that required a $each and a $delivery fee for a total of $non refundable feeThis is NOT what the ad statedThe aids did not work properly since the first dayAfter one week it was determined one aid was defective and replacedThe new one did not work properly either and the original problem remainedAfter three weeks dealing with defective products, I returned them for a refundI have waited almost two weeks and have not received a check that I am entitled to getNo one from the company replied to an email I sentI feel I should be entitled to to a refund of this fee since the products never worked properly and the newspaper ad was misleadingThank you

March 10, 2017Dear [redacted] ***,Thank you for informing us of [redacted] ***’s complaint.On January 17, 2017, [redacted] purchased (2) MIRACLE EAR [redacted] *** RITC Digital hearing aids[redacted] returned his hearing aids on 2/22/Since he paid for the balance of his hearing aids via check, a check for the refund of the purchase price less the nonrefundable charge stated in the Disclosure Agreement would need to be issued from our corporate officeThe check was mailed on 3/6/to his address of record.As per the Purchase Agreement and Disclosure Agreement that were clearly read to him and that he signed and received copies of, he had days from the delivery date to return the aids and receive a refund of the purchase price less the nonrefundable charge stated in the Disclosure Agreement ($for each hearing aid and Shipping and Handling for a total nonrefundable amount of $329.95); however, as a measure of good faith, we will refund $of the nonrefundable charge to the [redacted] card on which the deposit was madePlease ask [redacted] to visit our Reading office during business hours and bring his [redacted] card so that we may process the $refund.Sincerely,Julia CBPresident & CEO Sincerely,
