I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE submitted the paperwork to moving claims.net as requested by your own contract, and as of yet, have not received a responseMy claim is for a broken lamp, glass table, a missing snowboard and gear, a brand new Kurig coffee pot, a toaster a lg picture of my daughter that unfortunately, cannot be replaced, along with other itemsI actually haven't even asked for many other items that are missingWhen I booked with you, you assured me that my belongings were insuredI feel that you either lied, or nobody ever gets to collect for damaged items, and that is just UNACCEPTABLEYou know I called you immediately to relay my disappointment in how my furniture was delivered, and were rude to meThe fact that you offered $just pays for my coffee potI will not accept that and if I have to fly to New Jersey to file a lawsuit, I will I am retired and cannot afford to replace all that is missing and broken You should be ashamed of yourself

However, with that being said, To whom do I mail my copy of the contract to and what is the address? Am I allowed to fax it and if so, what is the fax number? I am rejecting this response because the company has all of the original documentation that they are requesting from meI wrote all over the top copy of the change in price indicating that I was going to report it to the Revdex.com because they had changed the price and now my stuff was on the truck I also wrote on the inventory list top copy showing that where they had estimated the table as one item upfront, they separated it into two on the inventory list The second copies did not carry through all the markups on the contract legibly and as this is the company that is responding, they should provide their top copies and review them to see that the facts presented happened Additionally, now that I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com regarding their deceptive business practices with regard to underestimating and overcharging after everything os on the truck, I cannot get a return call as to when I can expect my household goods to arrive and fear that at this point, they are holding them hostage as retaliation for me filing a complaint I was originally told they would be delivered by 5/and now cannot even get them to return my phone call with an estimated delivery date despite leaving messages at this point Please, please help! This is the worst experience I have ever had Please don't subject any other consumers to these fraudulent, deceptive, business practices and investigate the claim with them to see that I have provided the facts by having them send the top copies Please help me get my households goods back or I fear I will need to file theft charges at this point Buyer beware!
