This person already received their money so I'm not understanding the complaint. We generally do not file for hearing aid repairs as most insurance companies do not pay which is why payment up front is required. Contrary to her belief...
structure, we are not "notified" by insurance companies nor do we receive paper checks. Everything is done electronically and has to be searched for on our end. My contracted insurance person who works 3 hours every 2 weeks, is right on schedule and we will not be changing our policies. They are more than welcome to go elsewhere for repairs and I will make sure the clinic knows not to service them in the future.

A check was cut 1/21/16 (after my complaint to Revdex.com) and we received it on 1/26/16. Hearlife checked with our insurance company prior to the repair and knew the insurance would be paying for it. Processing insurance claims only 3 hours every 2 weeks is not an acceptable business practice. But we did get our money back...........finally. Thanks Revdex.com!
