Review: I purchased a service from this company off of their website. It cost me $500. They told me the service would be delivered within 30 days of the purchase. After 30days passed, I asked about what was going on with my service I paid for. They told me that the process was taking a little longer then expected. They told me one more week, I said sure. After another week I asked them again, and again they gave me more excuses.I finally got sick of all the excuses. They then told me that they would just issue me a refund until the service was complete. The refund never got refunded into my bank account, instead they had more excuses. Finally the person I was talking to started ignoring me all together, she went by the name of Sarah. I then emailed all of the emails I had for their business, which allowed me to get in contact with the "CEO" of this company. He goes by the name of John. He emailed me back saying how sorry he was about his employees behavior and how sorry he was that I was waiting now over 2 months for a service his company advertised that they "provided". He then proceeded to give me a bunch of excuses as well. Saying he would not be taking this into his own hands to ensure that my refund was given to me within a few days. A few days later I still have no refund. I ask about the refund and he tells me that he just found out that it will take 7 business days to clear his companies account. I felt this was just more lies, but I said ok. In 7 days it was not in my bank account still! I emailed John(CEO) and asked where is my money?! He said it will be there by that night. He also asked me to send him a paypal invoice that way if it didn't process the way they were doing it, he could just pay the invoice I sent him. I sent him an invoice in the amount of $500 right away. The next day, the money was not there, neither was the invoice I sent him paid. I emailed him again, and that's when he started ignoring me as well. His company needs to be closed. They are stealing and false advertising.Desired Settlement: All I want is my $500 I paid this company. And I would like this company to be taken down from the internet, because they are falsely advertising and stealing their customers money.
