A response was sent to *** *** on January 27, from Travelers *** *** Claim Service Center as follows:
"">"We have received the complaint you filed with
the Revdex.com and I am happy to respond on behalf of the *** *** *** *** ***, hereinafter referred to as Travelers. Your car was damaged in an accident on
November 4, 2013, with a vehicle owned by our insured *** *** ***
Your vehicle was appraised by your own insurance company, *** ***. Because you did not carry
rental coverage on your own policy with ***, you chose to come through Travelers
for reimbursement of your rental expenses.
Based upon the appraisal by ***, the
total time that your vehicle repair should have taken was days. Allowing for week-ends and parts ordering, we
initially authorized rental from November 14, to November 26, a total
of days. After your car was returned
to you, you contacted us to advise that your car was making a noise and that
you were bringing it back to *** ** *** for further repairs. We then authorized additional rental from
November 29, to December 18, 2013.
This was an additional days, bringing the total days allowed to
33.
It is our understanding that you did not
return your rental until December 31, 2013.
There was apparently a delay in the repair of your vehicle, in part
because *** did not go to the shop to write a repair supplement until
December 16, 2013, though they were called on December 10, 2013. There was a further delay due to inactivity
on the shop’s part in finishing the repair of your vehicle
Our claim professional,
informed you that we would not pay additional rental based on delays that were
not the result of either our insured or us, and that we had already paid
days rental on a day repair, and that we felt this was reasonable. You contacted me on January 22, in the
morning. You advised that you had just
gotten off the phone with *** and that the *** representative was
going to be calling our claim professional.
During the call, our claim profesisonal advised me that she was speaking to *** *** of *** at that moment and that I would speak to her and one of us
would be calling you
In her conversation with *** ***, she was
advised that *** was going to pay for days of rental that was the result
of their delay in getting to the shop to complete the supplement, and that they
were going to communicate with the shop in terms of the shop paying for any
additional rental occasioned by the delay in repairs.
As soon as she completed her call with *** ***, our claim professional called you back and explained in detail her conversation
with him so that you knew that *** was going to be resolving the rental
issue for you. In summary, our claim professional
responded to your concerns in a more than timely fashion after your call to me
on January 22,
Travelers is obligated, on our insured’s
behalf, to reimburse you for reasonable rental expenses that you incurred as a
result of the accident of November 4, 2013.
Travelers has paid days of rental which is more than reasonable given
the length of repair of days that resulted from the accident. Moreover, our claim professional has communicated
with *** in an effort to make sure that your rental is paid in full.
We believe that we have been more than
reasonable in response to your claim. If
you have further concerns about your rental claim, you should communicate with *** *** at *** who should be working to resolve this issue for you."

Revdex.com:Thank you for your assistance as it was never my goal to not pay what I owed within "reason"However, there was no response "as stated" in the comments, that was sent to me on the 18th of FebruaryI spoke with someone but as of this writing, there is no "formal" response/email that I have received from them
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

"Thank you for your recent
inquiry...

to Travelers through the Revdex.com.  I appreciate
having the opportunity to address your inquiry in this letter.
I have reviewed your account
and the change in the replacement cost of your home was done within the first
