He stated that when the independent repair shop called the warranty company that it was not a covered item. I called the warranty company on [redacted]'s behalf to see what the issue was. The warranty company stated the repair was not a covered item. I called [redacted] and left a message and left it at that. At no time was [redacted]'s vehicle at Acura of Wappingers Falls to have any work performed.

Review: Approximately 7 days before the expiration of my warranty for the Acura TL 2007 that I purchased with an extended warranty Acura care refused to honor the warranty & reimburse me for parts that failed and were serviced by a registered automotive mechanic. They Lied & gave me the run around and the end was that they did NOY honor the warranty. I paid a little over $1700.00 dollars for parts & service and have been given the cold shoulder instead of reimbursements I called the care office the dealer GM & dealer [redacted] and never received a resolution.Desired Settlement: To honor the extended warranty and reimburse me the total that is on the mechanic bill which I sent them.
