Dear Ms. [redacted],      We are very sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable with the drop off and pick up process. Please understand that all participants in this production were given and agreed to the same information as to when pick up would...

take place. It is not fair for you to be upset with a parent volunteer or staff member who was following the rules. We were more than happy to accommodate any family in the event of an emergency, however, that is not how the situation was presented to us with the yelling and profanity coming from you that ultimately led to your dismissal from our studio. We would have very much appreciated you calmly coming to the door to request your daughter.  Miss [redacted] brought your daughter to the door and presented her to you with visual recognition of you being her mother. We are very sorry if somehow you misunderstood and thought she was given to just anyone.
During our 45 minute tap and ballet combo classes all students are introduced to basics in both genres and spend 5-7 minutes each week on a recital dance. We follow the Dance Masters of America curriculum for all of our classes and that curriculum is available for review in studio.
Attached is a screen shot of your account with detailed payment dates for your records. Please note, if you look in the lower left corner, the screenshot indicates that the account was created by your email address using our online system. We do not accept registrations or payments by phone under any circumstances. No credit card information was stored for your account at any time. If you have record of an attempted charge, we would certainly work on your behalf to investigate and help solve this matter.

I reject the response from this business, they have done nothing to try and resolve the issues. The business is defiant and unrelenting in their attempts to accept zero responsibility for their fraudulent actions. The have crossed ethical and legal lines. My response covers in greater detail the businesses unwillingness to make right the insulting offensive things that were done to my family with dishonesty, out fabrications and lies. The parent volunteer told the owner twice I was asking for my daughter, it was the third time she and all her wrath came to the door. The insult to injury to hold my daughter and myself is criminal and I didn't want to further traumatize my daughter by having the authorities go into that building and get her because the policy of a dance studio doesn't hold water when it comes to parental rights. The entire experience with this "studio" was awful but it is now my responsibility to make sure these things are on record so other families can be spared this nightmare.Mrs. [redacted]I have attached my response titled Revdex.com 1-11-16The email thread is titled Jan-16 The screenshot in titled [redacted]

Ms [redacted],
It seems that we are at an impasse.  You did not ask for any resolution with the exception of wanting us to be held accountable.  Well Ms. [redacted], we are an accountable dance studio.   After your statement of "enrolling your daughter over the phone" and your allegations of our employee storing your credit card information and "slamming your card without your authorization".  We approached the employee and conducted our own investigation into the matter as we take that allegation very seriously.  When we finished our investigation, we found that your statement was incorrect.  As previously stated, we do not accept payments or registrations over the phone. Your account was created on August 15th, 2015 by you via our online system.  We have provided you proof of that with the screenshot of your account we had sent you through email as well as through the Revdex.com's website.  You can see in that screenshot at the bottom left the the account was created with email account [redacted].  We believe that it is indeed your email address seeing as it is the same email you used to contact the Revdex.com.  On the same day you made a payment of $44 ($24 for registration and $20 which is the prorated amount for August) using our online system. At no time was your credit card information stored.  We have provided you proof of this transaction through email and now as an attachment here of the confirmation you received via email. If you believed fraudulent attempts were made to your credit card we are unclear as to why you waited four months before alerting us.  We have provided you numerous examples of the actions you made while you have provided no proof of our alleged infractions, only more accusations.
We have attached a word document that addresses more of your concerns.
