Review: Heart and Soul Landscaping and Design came to our home June 2013 to fill in an old inground pool and do other landscaping(claiming they knew what they were doing)of ours with out permission from us yet as we were in process of making drainage holes. They came unannounced, while we would be at work started filling our backyard with dirt and blacktop they only needed to dispose of from a driveway they were redoing at another location, Tore up our entire backyard which is not accessible due to huge spikes and dangerous material they took upon themselves to tear up and leave scattered throughout our yard.The pool has huge amounts of very heavy blacktop scattered throughout with huge pile of dirt mixed within.We have to drain shallow part of the pool each rain fall as the water gets disgusting,foul odor. They were to fix, finish the job and promised us Our entire yard they destroyed would be beautiful before winter of 2013 for us to enjoy for spring 2014. We have not heard from them at all, with attempts made by family and other parties. This company is Highly unprofessional and I do not recommended you take any work this company may offer as pictures they show on their website are not all work done by them. It is now July 23,2014 and we still can not use our backyard,nor heard from the company, nor allow anyone to walk back there as it it highly unsafe.Desired Settlement: We would like this Unprofessional company to either contact us as soon as possible to fix the horrible job they started and promised they would finish to look beautiful before winter of last year 2013 and to be repaired/complete before this winter 2014 or matters will be taken to appropriate authorities as we have many pictures of the damage. If they contact us and the work the damage/work they started is fixed, complete and Beautiful as promised we will then recontact Revdex.com and remove our claim.
