The customer service is horrible!! I've been going to this practice for four yearsNow, my office the StLucie west office is great, but since they change over to HCA, this practice has gone down hillI call to make an appointment and the customer service rep *** hung up on meI call back to speak with her supervisor *** and she was very condescending and rudeShe started looking to see who I had insurance with, in which this had nothing to do with this situationA lot of there Good Doctors have left there practice after being there for years or moreLet's not forget how hard it is to reach a person for a prescription refillI finally spoke with the administrative office *** and *** and they just brush it offIt's all about making money for HCAI'm going to start looking for a new doctor for my familyPlease note: this new HCA expects the Doctors to see patients every minutesI have been going to this practice for years and the customer service has just gone down....I did love the fact that they are a specialty clinic, however, I would prefer to go to a practice where they appreciate your business by showing the basic customer service and I'm willing to wait longer if that means the service will be excellentNow, if it wasn't for my favorite Doctors Hurst and Tobin, I probably would have left this yearIt's just the employees/administration that are ruining this practiceIt's all about the money and insurance.......I wouldn't recommend this practice nowThey need to make changes immediately starting with management and hiring a Patient advocate
