Heart Heating and Air has been servicing our two homes for several years now. Over the past 2 years, we have finally ended up replacing both aging units (15+ years old) with new units. Kevin and Mike are both very experienced contractors who will recommend the right system for your needs. We are enjoying the piece of mind of having expertly installed units and are feeling the relief out of our monthly power bills. I cannot recommend Heart Heating and Air enough. Their employees are completely trustworthy, work diligently, and leave the work site clean and proper. Much better than other outfits in town! Friends and family have had equally positive interaction with Heart Heating and Air.

Just recently bought a home in winter springs. The ducting work in the attic was very old and started to show its age. Not to mentions the previous work that was done to the Plenum was terrible leaving two of the rooms in my home very much hotter, during the summer, then any other of the rooms in the home. That heat made them unusable. I called up Heart Heating & Air and ask them for if they can give me a quote, I had some simple request, I wanted all the rooms in the house to heat and cool evenly. After about a 20 min walkthrough of our home I got my quote and they scheduled the work one week from the day of the quote. One week because that a happen to be the only day I had off. They did great work. They replaced all my vents, added two needed returns for two rooms so they can cool properly when the doors are closed. I can walk to each room in the home and they remain all the same temperature. The workers were incredibly friendly and just seemed happy to be doing the work. They were all very polite. If in the future I needed any work done I would without a doubt give them a call.

It's easy to rave about a company when things go right, but its a true test to their customer service when things go wrong. Unfortunately we did not see professionalism or respect with this company. We had the technician named Chris in our house for a 3 hour repair. He was rude and disrespectful the entire time. We asked him to move his truck so we could get into our garage (he never asked permission to park in our 1 car driveway) and was short and dismissive. We asked if he could let us know if the AC could be turned back up since he set it to 70 degrees and it was freezing in our house. He replied " you see me working" walked off to his car and left. No word that he was done with the job or that we need to replace the AC filter. Instead we found the filter crumpled up with a pile a trash and dirt tracked all throughout our house. We called management to let them know our concerns and Kevin was very dismissive and defending of Chris. He should have realized that there are two sides to every conflict but would not give us a chance to explain how uncomfortable we felt with his technician in our house. I would caution anyone using this company, apparently when things go wrong their customer service style is to not deal with it.

We had an A/C failure in our home 6-16-15 and we had never had any reason to have service on our unit for the last ten years since it had been replaced so we had no particular company to use since the installing company was out of business.
It was a very hot day and after 5:00 PM when our unit failed, much to our panic since my wife has a heart condition and the stress of too much heat causes her to be ill. We called numerous other vendors only to get voice mail or answering services. My wife saw the ad for Heart in the yellow pages and gave them a call and much to our surprise they actually picked up the call after five! The technician promised to be at our house in no more than one to two hours and they arrived as promised. Luckily for us our repair was fairly minor (a capacitor) which they had on the truck, so in a few minutes we were up and running again. Our tech [redacted] was fantastic, so polite and professional. We were able to use the 50% off coupon in the yellow book.

I'm totally appalled with this company! They told me that I needed to replace my compressor and do other major repairs so my system would work more efficiently, so I trusted them and gave them the amount they requested. It's been less than 3 weeks and now they are telling me that the compressor has malfunctioned. I asked them to fix it and Kevin, stated that he will not. He gave me all kinds of excuses and told me it wasn't his concern anymore.
