In August of 2015, *** *** from Tri Group Builders installed a wooden privacy fence for meUpon installation, I noticed many mistakes with the craftsmanship and installation of the fence, as well as cigarette buts and other various trash items all over my yard from his workers*** came over the next week and made the necessary repairs so he could get paid, except for oneI have a fence post that is part of my front right gate that is severely warped, almost to point of being in a "U" shapeThis has compromised the integrity of my gate, as well as that section of fence, being that the entire section is starting to shift in the direction of the warpingI called *** on December 28th, because I understand the holidays are a hectic time for anyone, and wanted to give him time with his family before I bothered him with this issueWe spoke on the phone, and he said he would send someone out that week to
