I went into the DR office to see Dr Lindsi D [redacted] at Highland family practice - because I have been seeing/emailing her for my Heavy BleedingI went in with my son and I am talking to her and she raised her voice in front of my son several timesI ask for her to pleased lower her voice that my son is presenting and he is getting nervous but she continuedMy son came over to me scared and advised her she is scaring my son I made a stated "Clearing you don't scared and I said to her obviously you don't have kids because if you did you would have never done this in front of a child" I got up to ask for someone else to help meI can hear her speaking with the nurses out there about the situation which is HIPPA violationBarb I believe her name was she was the office manager came in I thought she was going to apology for DR D [redacted] behavior since the she never apology to me nor my son she continue to ask what happened I advised her and even my son said in front of her "Mommy is the dr going to yell at you again"She took no notes and advised me I can come back after I left work in pain to be seen which was not fair to meShe showed not sympathy at allI said I was not going to make another appt to see her an I want to be seeing todayShe advised me that Dr Louis G [redacted] could see me but I had to wait which was okDr Louis came him he was not his happy self because of what was told to him since they were having a conversation about me outside my door where other patients are walking byHe came him and quickly my son said "the other dr yelled at mommy"he could care less of what my son advised himI told him my problem as I am crying in pain he stood up as he walking out of the door he said well there nothing else we can do here.I did not get a proper dr visit and had a dr yell at me In front of my son Office manager gave me her manager number Denise and advised me she will leave him a email to contact meI tried to contact him several times and left several message and never received a responds back at allThey also canceled my physical appt I had as well without even telling me

Thank you for your recent correspondence and the opportunity to review our processes and systems for posting patient payments when done on-line. It is our goal to provide every patient with the best possible medical services and to make the...

billing and collection be as timely and worry free as possible. We do realize that payment of an unexpected medical bill can be very stressful.For a period of three weeks, we were having problems with our vendor posting the payments patient were making on-line through our website. This has now been resolved (their two payments posted on 10/22) and all back payments have been posted and continue to post daily. We continue to monitor this closely to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Please extend our sincere apologies to our patients. We take any and all Complaints very seriously and work diligently to provide our patients with outstanding care while keeping healthcare within reasonable expenses.

Review: Both my wife and myself had surgery at this hospital earlier this year and received bills for these services. We have been making payments(On their payment website with credit card) each month and the payments have been posted up until this last time on 10/10/2014. I made a payment on my bill Acct# [redacted] for $200.00 and to date this payment has not posted (15 days later) and another payment on my wife [redacted] acct# [redacted] for another $200.00 which has said pending since 10/10/2014. I first called the hospital's business office on 10/15/2014 and asked why my payments were either pending or not showing. A lady by the name of Chris said she did not see any payments for $200 on either acct on 10/10. I explained that I have a bank statement that shows the money was taken out of our bank acct and that when I'm logged into my hospital bill acct homepage and looking at payment history it shows 2 separate payments for $200 with receipt id's. She wrote down the receipt id's and I faxed over my bank statement to her office on 10/15/2014 to show payment. She explained they have been having issues with payments getting posted at their corporate office. I said I would wait a few days and call back. After waiting until 10/17/2014 I called back asking for an update on why my payments still haven't posted. I spoke to the same person (Chris) again and she had no answer. I asked her to call or email me with an update asap. It has now been 2 weeks and the payments have not posted and I have not gotten no answer. I have sent emails thru the acct webpage asking for answers twice this week and no response as of yet. We have also received new bills since making payments and they do not show these payments. Please help us with these 2/$200 payments. We have $3300 in hospital bills from there and have been paying but haven't gotten answers and I'm afraid to make another payment until this is corrected. The number for patient financial svcs is [redacted]Desired Settlement: We just want an answer and for both payments posted. Thank you
