found.  UPS has been notified of the missing package as their records state they delivered on 6/30/17 to your front door.  UPS requires 8 business days to investigate a lost or stolen package.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with UPS to try and locate or promptly replace or refund your purchase.  We hope the info below will explain our procedures and processes taken to assist with your package.Order notes:On-line order received on 6/23/17 and shipped on 6/26/17.  Our on-line store sends and automatic confirmation email to the customer when an order is received and another email to include the tracking number when the order is shipped.  Unfortunately our customer never received any email about her order.  There could be several computer related reasons that an email was not received however, the tracking number is available to our office staff and we can view and share with the customer at any time.  We are more than happy to assist with any questions related to a customer’s order to include tracking information.  I apologize that you did not receive the number when you called and will certainly question the staff about the phone call.UPS tracking of this order shows a delivery date of 6/30/17 to the customer’s front door.  On 7/3/17 our office contacted UPS and requested a package investigation as the customer called to say she never received her package.    The package could have been delivered incorrectly by UPS or the package could have been stolen from the delivery area.  If UPS cannot locate the package a claim will be issued and a new order can be shipped or the customer can be reimbursed.Ordering customers can request “Signature required” for any order that we ship however we do not automatically apply.  UPS charges for this service and the charge is passed onto the customer if requested.  UPS does offer a free service for customers that will notify them via text to a cell phone or email that provides the package progress from shipment to delivery.  The customer can see when to expect delivery and be home to receive.  Customers can sign up for this service on the UPS website.  The service is called “My Choice”.Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right with your order.  Your business and satisfaction is very important to us.
