l am in receipt of the complaint with an ID # of [redacted]. Please know that during the end of August2014, we quested a change of phone number from Verizon. The request was granted and for 3 monthsthe new number was given in a recording when clients called the old number(###-###-####)....

Anyonewho attempted to call our store received the new number at that time. Additionally, when we receivedthe complaint from the client in October 2014, Mrs. [redacted] called the client ([redacted] at [redacted]) at the number listed on the complaint and left a voicemail message along with the newphone number. The call was made on October15, 2014. We never received a return call from [redacted]. Themessage that was left on her voicemail indicated that we would be happy to design and made a piece ofjewelry for the amount of the gift card.After receiving a second notice of the complaint in December 2014, I called the daytime phone numberof the client and left a message on the voicemail. This was done on December 9,2014. Again, wereceived no response from the client. At this point we are unaware of how to satisfy the client since shehas never returned our phone call.We have been trying to resolve this misunderstanding for months but have not received a responsefrom [redacted]. As indicated above, we would be happy to design and make a piece of jewelry for [redacted] if shecontacts us at our store.[redacted]###-###-####

Review: In August 2014, I purchased a $200.00 gift card from Heart of the Earth jewelry store to make a customized bracelet for a friend. Shortly after the purchase of the certificate, I tried to call to set up the appointment and the phone was disconnected and business shut down. Therefore I have received no product for my gift card purchase.Desired Settlement: I wish to be reimbursed for my gift card purchase or provided with merchandise to equal the amount of $200.00 .

Review: Placed a $50 deposit on Sept. 9, 2014 for the order of two 4MM gold citrine stones. They received a packet of tiny (<1mm) stones which were not useable for my purpose. They have not returned the deposit, despite numerous attempts on my part: going to the store, calling, emailing, and sending a letter with a stamped, self-addressed envelope for them to return the deposit.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $50 deposit.
