To Whom it may concern:Customer did order a Custom Tea Pot with mugs from us at the Virginia Renaissance Festival. When we saw her at the Scottish Games we were to deliver her items. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with the supplier from Scotland. We spoke to the customer at
the Scottish Games and explained that we were in negotiations with the company in Scotland and we would have her items to her before Christmas. At that time frame she was willing to wait for her items. We explained to her that the company was having a problem with a high percentage of breakage and they did not want to send any more tea pots to the USA until they could resolve the issue with packing. We spoke with customer on the 20th of November and informed her we were still awaiting an answer from the Scottish Company on the resolution to their problem. After successful negotiations with the company we were able to get them to agree to send the items. She sent emails one each day the to of November. We sent her an email on the 23rd after getting an answer from the company. As for the issue of her sending multiple emails to us we did not get them due to a problem with the server. The server has been fixed. We were not aware that the emails were being sent to a bad email address until the 22nd of November.We also spoke with customer on the of November after resolving the problem with the company in Scotland and informed her that the Teapot and cups would be here on or about Dec. At that timeframe she stated she no longer wanted the items and to cancel her order. We cancelled her order at her request and returned her money in full. She also, stated that she was dissatisfied with us due to lack of communications and had reported us to the Revdex.com.*** ***Teatime Teas LLC***
