Review: I entered the premises on August 9th to inquire about getting a tattoo. I dealt with a man named [redacted]. He told me he would draw something up for me and set up an appointment for me to come back on August 16th at 12:30. He told me to leave a $20 cash deposit to hold my spot.

I came back on August 16th at 12:30. I talked to the man at the front desk, [redacted], I think was his name. [redacted] did not show up or call in. I told [redacted] I was leaving, after waiting over an hour and to call me if [redacted] showed up. Later that day I called into [redacted] and asked him if he could just give me my $20 back since I was not given the service I was promised at the time I was promised it. At that time, it was about 3:00 P.M., [redacted] told me that [redacted] had just shown up and his wife had a death in the family. He told me that [redacted] was not going to be doing any tattoos that day and he would ask if my deposit could be returned.

He called me back a few minutes later and told me, yes [redacted] would return my deposit. After all, I was never told that deposits were non-refundable. I assumed if a tattoo artist did not honor their word, then they would need to return the money to the customer. I told [redacted] my husband would be by to get the money back. They had seen him before and knew him. My husband calls me and tells me that [redacted] was in the store tattooing someone at the time and refused to give it to him. He then threatened to punch him if he didn't leave. I was appalled and called them to see what was going on. I hear people yelling in the background curse words and threatening my husband. [redacted] tells me a long line of curse words and I was absolutely shocked. He tells me I can just reschedule. I don't want anything this company is selling, so I would never reschedule. I have NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE. These people are none I ever want to see or hear of again. I don't see how they run a business, with the way they treat their customers. I will most certainly never be back. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to stay far away. These people are violent and rude and just plain trash.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and to rid myself of these awful, disrespectful people for good.
