This Client did not make her payments as outlined in her agreement.  We tried to work out alternate payment arrangements with her, but she did not meet those either.  As a result her account was escalated to outside collections as outlined in the contract.  At this time her...

Their response is a deflection.  It does not address any of the issues mentioned in my complaint. Please ask HeartCore Business to read the complaint and address my issues.  Also, their "response" is not truth.  The contract does not mention "outside collections", but again, this is a deflection.  My complaint was not addressed.
