we have worked with H&H for a few years, what I (we) love about them is that they make us feel like family. we contacted them about converting our working fireplace to a gas fireplace and they we're informative and understanding of our personal situation. we're senior citizens and we're leery about strange people coming into our home with new suggestions, but they were informed, professional and most especially we could feel that we could trust them. They made us feel comfortable and safe. If we had a problem, a phone call away and they would be at our front door offering help and security.
