Revdex.com spoke to Patrick at business and the following was relayed: When the customer first ordered the hot tub, we made 3 attempts to deliver the hot tub his house and were turned away for different reasons. The 4th attempt, the customer did accept the tub. We did not charge him extra delivery charges...

for this. The customer then had an ongoing light issue which we were attempting to fix. I had informed the customer that we would have to wait until spring to make the repairs. Waiting until spring was not good enough. Where the customer has put the tub is in a place we cannot get to until the weather breaks. He wanted us to pull the tub out which was not an option. When it turned to spring, I began calling the customer daily and then weekly. I tried several times until the first week of July. I called from the store phone, he did answer or return my calls. It wasn't until he called the factory and Revdex.com that we heard back from him. As it is winter again, the issues will have to be addressed in the spring when the weather breaks. We will address and take care of at that time. If the customer texts me to call him back, I will do so or he can call me directly and if I am unable to answer, I will call him back.

I responded to the customer directly.  I am bringing offer to my counsel and she should be able to pick up settlement asap. I don't have a time and day yet because I have not been there yet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The customer from this complaint purchased a stove on 9-29-12. It was a cash and carry purchase. From 10-2-12 to 10-17-12 the customer came back and purchased venting and parts to install the stove himself. Then on 1-23-13 the customer must have realized it was a much bigger job and decided to have...

us install the stove. After we installed the stove the customer came back and purchased a remote for the unit on 1-24-13. I assume the customer was happy with the installation because we received nothing to the contrary. On 2-19-14, more than 1 year after the purchase and installation of the stove, the customer requested a service call. This complaint will be the first time our store has heard from this customer since the service call on 2-19-14. Unfortunately there is only a one year parts and labor warrantee, but I would encourage this customer to schedule a service call in order to help bring this matter to a satisfactory and happy close.
