Please be advised that I represent Heather J [redacted] , agent for Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors as well as Coldwell Banker Hearthside RealtorsPlease be aware that this Brokerage represented the interests of the Buyer with respect to the proposed transaction [redacted] ***, the complainant in this matter, was representing herself as a For Sale By Owner [redacted] chose not to attend the Home Inspection of her propertyMsJ [redacted] attended the home inspection and properly secured the door upon her departureI have attached signed statements from the agent (MsJ [redacted] ) as well as two eye witnesses: the Buyer and the Home Inspector, indicating our agent properly secured the doorWe have offered to supply [redacted] with a list of repairmen so that she can arrange to have her door repaired, at her expenseThis office does not feel responsible to pay for the repair as this office took all due and reasonable care with respect to the propertyThere is clearly no causationThere is simply an unfounded allegation that a real estate agent, who did not represent the interests of the complainant, did not properly secure the doorWhen you balance that against the enclosed statements of the Agent, Buyer, and Home Inspector stating the agent did secure the door as well as the fact that [redacted] could have been present herself or had employed her own agent to be present and to act on her behalf, all evidence weighs in favor of this office.| thank you for your attention in this matterPlease don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistanceVery Truly Yours, Dawn DB***

I am rejecting this response because:  The door was absolutely NOT properly secured.  It may have been closed over, but it did NOT latch properly causing the door to be blown open and the hinges to be broken .

Review: My property was listed for sale with Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors. Unfortunately, they continued to list the property for sale after I requested that they stop doing so. They also still continue to advertise that my property is for sale with them. An example is that they have not yet removed their company "For Sale" sign from the property. In fact, I had to hire a lawyer to ask them to stop their advertising, remove their sign, and to end the contract (although I had tried to end it long ago). I hope that they will stop after my lawyer contacted them but I still want to file a complaint with the Revdex.com anyway.Desired Settlement: I want Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors to acknowledge to me, in writing, that any contract with them to list my property for sale is not active. I also want them to remove their sign from my property and to acknowledge in writing that they have stopped or removed any other active advertisements showing that my property is for sale by them.
