Heartland Automotive Services dba Jiffy Lube

I went into Jiffy Lube to get my oil change because where I live I'm not allow to do oil changesI bring my own oil in (Royal purple) because I trust the brandLater on while driving on the freeway my son and I hear a knocking sound in my engine and pulled over to a gas stationAfter speaking with a friend he mentioned check the oil, I pull out the dipstick and the there is no oil readingI had my car taken to a repair shop and the manager is telling me that the only signs that he can see is that there was that the oil wasn't replaced or filled after the last oil change (there was no sign of leaking oil and no signs of burnt oil)The car is Volvo Sand has low mileage 48k and there shouldn't be any reason why this would happened unless something was done wrong on the last oil change
On 12/13/I reached out to Jiffy Lube customer service about how my engine was blown because there wasn't any oil in my engineThe customer service person was nice and responded that I need to put a complaint in with the store managerAfter discussing with the manager from Store he mentioned he put in a claim and I should be hearing from someone from the company that manages the warranty Heart Land Automotive Service within 48hrsIt has now been a week since we had that discussion and haven't heard a word from Heartland Automotive Services, I have reached back out to Jiffy Lubes corporate expressing my concerns and how this matter needs to be resolved I have 24k car that is sitting at repair shop and the mechanic is telling that the cost is between $12-$15K to replace the engineThis has been well over a month since I first reported this to Jiffy Lube and still today haven't heard from the warranty company

I have never been to Jiffy Lube beforeMy husband and I decided to give it a try for a quick oil change
Since when does an oil change cost $on a NISSAN ALTIMA?!?!? The staff at Jiffy Lube located in Leominster, MA are liars, deceitful, and fraudsThey told my husband he needed special oil for his vehicleA 0wwas put inWe have never been told we needed to have "special oil" for this vehicleMy husband and I are not mechanicsWe trust the experts thinking the dealers have just never mentioned this to us Once the work was done, we were billed $Our bill is $ This is a $bill on a 10-minute oil changeI should also mention that our regular dealership service department records on our vehicle make no mention of this cars need for a "special oil" nor has this oil been put into our vehicle before
We are disappointed and disgusted that this has just happened to usThe dishonesty and lack of integrity in these staff members is outrageousI am not speaking about all locations; just this one

Absolutely the worst oil change experience I was shorted changed, called the "n" word and had oil spilled all over my manifold and when I returned to ask for a cleaning I was denied and disrespectedI will never return again I feel discriminated and appauled at the service providedThe employees were smirking like it was a jokeI will spread the word to everyone I know about how bad my experience was

Excessive verbal shouting in maintenance shop lasting up to 15-minutes, audible and noticed by all customers However when interacting with customers in maintenance lounge, all would seem well Also, was not able to obtain information with regards to manufacturer recommendations regarding a cost increase for "gold" lubricant purchased Will head to dealer next timenever experienced that kind of unprofessional drama from any dealer I've worked with Could probably Google for manufacture specs, but please resolve your personal issues with your employeesin the meantime you've lost my business going forward, as well as my entire family's business

I would recommend using any other oil change facility. I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. During the service, the technician also replaced my air filter. Shortly after this service, I began noticing engine problems which were not present prior to the service. When I returned to Jiffy Lube, they informed me that I needed a new air filter because someone had installed the previous one incorrectly. Even after informing them that it was them who had installed it incorrectly, they refused to provide a new air filter and only used compressed air to clean some debris from the one they had installed incorrectly. However, even after installing the "cleaned" air filter correctly, the engine issues continued.
A short while later, I took my car to an actual mechanic to diagnose the engine problem. That mechanic informed me that the engine issues I was experiencing could be directly attributable to Jiffy Lube's negligence in improperly installing the air filter.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they put windshield washer fluid in the brake fluid reservoir, thus destroying the ABS brake system. Alcohol from the washer fluid slowly deteriorates seals in abs system. $2300 dollars in repair work to finally fix the brake system. Do not ever take your vehicle anywhere near this place.

Very disappointed with the Jiffy lube on 12589 Foothill Blvd 91739.
My daughter took her vehicle for the 1st time to get an oil change. The employee instead of explaining to her the types of oil he went ahead and put what "he thought was best" again without explaining it. My daughter paid 67.99 when she was going to a simple oil change.

I feel this place took ADVANTAGE of her because she was new, this was her first time and the lack of customer service provided by not explaining it to her
