To whom it may concern,In response to the complaint by [redacted], I have called [redacted] to verify his claims, Mr [redacted] paid his building off on January 23, 2015 with a check that was returned for insufficient funds. Bad checks are forwarded to [redacted] automatically for collection....

[redacted] was able to collect the amount of the check and the $50,00 returned check fee. Mr [redacted] then had his bank reverse the charge for the returned check fee which is still due from Mr [redacted]. I have Confidence that if Mr [redacted] will Call [redacted] and pay the $50.00 that he owes, they will show that Information on his Credit file. Sincerely,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowi was given that number confirmation as well. And when checked with the airline it's not booked. And we never canceled any booking with [redacted] to get another booking another day. All I want is my refund for the remainder amount taken by allotment. When we found out this happened we purchased a ticket through the airline itself and do not need these services. [redacted] failed to comply with the contract and either ticket was not made and booked.
