Heartland Co-op

Heartland delivered propane to my tenant's without their ordering it or my ordering itHeartland claimed the account was on autofill which was falseWhen I lived in that house, I always ordered and paid-in-full at the time of ordering; in fact, the last time they put propane in was over a year previously (doesn't sound like autofill, does it?) I called the day after Heartland delivered propane (because my tenant's received a bill and were upset because they didn't order the propane) and I asked Heartland to pump it outThey never did pump it out and my tenants used it and now Heartland is charging me, not my tenants, for using the propaneThis would not have been an issue if they would have kindly pumped it out a day or two after they mistakenly delivered itThis company is poorly organized and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will alert all my friends in the Council Bluffs area and my co-workers at Dallas Johnson Greenhouses not to buy propane from Heartland Co-Op
