Review: I was charged a 25$ fee for a missed appointment that was never made. I tried to call office to let them know that I never made this appointment and was told by [redacted] that was their policy for missed appointments,I tried to explain to her that this appointment was never made she would not give me the time of day,she was very rude and abrupt with me and I became upset with her and she hung up on me.Now this went into a collection. I have never missed an appointment before and I am very upset that this matter has gone so far.As of now I have also been dismissed as a patient.Desired Settlement: I want this charge taken off (25$ from the collection agency [redacted]
