I have been in contact with *** in Israel by phone several times in the last 2 weeks, and her refund was sent to her instructed address in Israel on Wednesday of this week. I don't have confirmation of the mailing, but she should receive the check by next Wednesday, Feb. 5th, at the latest. A refund check in US funds was acceptable and, I think, preferred, by ***.
