purchased a Molokai hot tub which was delivered in August of by Premium Hot Tub Movers. Upon delivery, Premium Hot Tub Movers confirmed that the damage was cosmetic and would not affect the operation or longevity of the spa and was fully repairable. Per the customer’s request, we also extended their spa warranty from year parts, year labor to a full year parts and laborReplacement panels were shipped and delivered and a technician was set up to repair the cosmetic damage. Unfortunately, some of the cabinet panel parts were not included in the original shipment. The technician we set up felt they would not be able to complete repairs to the customer’s satisfaction so they declined to complete the job. We have shipped additional parts and are setting up another technician to complete the repairs to the customer’s satisfaction. We immediately responded to Mr*** inquiry on 3/and will continue to stay in close communication until all concerns are resolvedIt is our sincere desire to respond to customer issues and concerns as quickly as possible. This is in response to a complaint we received regarding our

customer
did receive a spa with damaged panels and cover. We requested pictures of the damage to insure
we send them the correct replacement panels.
Due to issues the customer admits too they were unable to send any
pictures for a significant amount of time.
Regardless, we have shipped all the replacement panels and parts to the customer
on 2/The tracking number is ***.
You can track the shipment online at ***. We are currently setting up a tech to install
the panels at no charge to the customer.
It is our sincere desire that all of our customers are happy with their
purchase and will tirelessly work to that end
All concerns are being resolved to the customer’s

communicate quickly and honestly with Mr*** throughout the order and delivery process. Mr***’s spa was delivered on Tuesday, 10/24/Our customer has left out some pretty significant details in their complaint. When a customer places an order for a spa, we provide them a projected shipping date based on current production times. Mr***’s spa shipped as projected. Unfortunately, during delivery, the delivery truck was in a wreck which totaled the vehicle and destroyed all of its freight including the spa. We offered Mr*** either a full refund or build a replacement spa. He chose to accept a replacement spa. A replacement spa was built and shipped as quickly as possible. We provided Mr*** updates on the replacement spa’s progress during production and e-mailed him the tracking information when the spa shipped. With the tracking information, we explain the shipping process and that the local delivery agent will call and schedule the delivery when the spa arrives in the local areaWe have never once attempted to deceive Mr*** regarding the status of his spa. We spoke to Mr*** on Friday, 10/20/17, the same day they filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. We confirmed that the spa is at the local shipping terminal in Milwaukee and that the shipping company would be calling to schedule the delivery with them. We also provided the customer with the shipping company’s contact phone number so they could call and confirm. It is our sincere desire that all our customers are completely satisfied with their spa purchase and as a way of thanking Mr*** for his patience due to the unfortunate circumstances, we provided Mr*** a $store credit to be used for filters, chemicals or anything they might desire for their spaMr*** received a brand new spa on 10/24/in perfect condition. Revdex.com,First of all, I want to thank you for your helpWhich I am positive I would still have no positive informationIn their latest response back to you they provided a tracking numberAs of ten minutes ago, that number is still awaiting pickup and still has not been shippedThey have lied to me from day one one deliver timesThe cabinet was reported damaged on the shipping invoice March As of today it still has not actually shippedI was told on the phone by Integrity Spas that they are very behindI was on their web site minutes ago and the are advertising shipment of new spas between and weeksI hope you see the same thing I amThey either lied to me again, or they are lying to new potential customersI hope if you have the ability and time you can follow up and see who is being lied to this time and make them give realistic delivery times so other consumers have good and realistic informationAgain, thank you so much for your help!!!!
