I have needed an air conditioner repair three times in the past two years, these were unexpected breakdowns and with three autistic children it was most important to get the problems solved quickly since excessive heat will increas already challenging behaviors.this was not a fact me of the need for a costly repairII shared with the repairmen on the phone however I did not need toThe repairmen came out that same day that I called within to hours on each repairProblems that to me the layman appeared bad and witch I was at the mercy of the repairman who could have easily convinced me of the need of a costly repair instead showed me what the problem was and the repair each time was very reasonably in cost I am aware that may not always be the case however honesty and quick pleasant service is greatly appreciated by myself , I live on disability income only and every dollar is a big deal to me I can say with complete confidence ,..I recommend this company to anyone who wants good service ,honesty, in a timely way I don't do this often but these guys are worthy of praise
