Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Initially the business (Heartland Motors) already had my money in the amount of $for taxes and feesIf they truly wanted to save the consumer money they would have sold the Nissan Murano for the NADA value, as mentioned in their response, for $10,and not $10,And, of course, the consumer had to demand payment of "the savings of $14.50" just for the recordThis wasn't a savings it was a return and, it had taken them 19-monthsFurther, if I (the consumer) was in Heartland Motors best interest then why was I over-charged the $for lien fee? For all it's worth, this is a used car dealer Regards, [redacted]
On September 28, I received a check in the amount of $from Heartland Motors settling my complaint against them dated September 4, I greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter and it's great to have a system suck as yours that helps the consumerSincerely,

Initially the business (Heartland Motors) already had my money in the amount of $710.00 for taxes and fees. If they truly wanted to save the consumer money they would have sold the 2006 Nissan Murano for the NADA value, as mentioned in their response, for $10,425 and not $10,750. And, of course, the consumer had to demand payment of "the savings of $14.50" just for the record. This wasn't a savings it was a return and, it had taken them 19-months. Further, if I (the consumer) was in Heartland Motors best interest then why was I over-charged the $2.00 for lien fee? For all it's worth, this is a used car dealer.
