Heartland Payment Systems

I recently found out that Comerica and Global Payments dissolved their partnership in merchant credit card processing sometime in 2016. I was a customer with Comerica bank and my merchant contract was with Comerica bank where the funds went. A judge ruled during their dissolution of partnership that Comerica bank would take half the customers and Global payments would take the other half. No letter of notification or any notifications were sent by Comerica and Global Payments of the partnership split to me, and glancing at the bills, you can't really tell there was a change. So my contract of fees and terms and conditions was made with Comerica bank and assumed by Global Payments. I never signed a new contract or agreed to new terms with Global Payments. Global Payments has since started charging me exorbitant and outrageous fees which are not allowed in the contract they assumed. Some fees as high as $852.00 with only $937.00 in total credit card charges. There are months no credit card transactions occurred and I was billed over $600.00. They have made my bank account go negative as these fees were not normal and continue to send me bills with no credit card transactions and a closed bank account. I do not have a new legal agreement with them. The contract states "This agreement may be amended only in writing by Global, Member, and Merchant...", I never signed a new agreement.Global Payments have taken fees of over $10,000 that I would like to recover. I have called the 800-367-2638 number numerous times to resolve the billing issues, but was never transferred to the appropriate department or to anyone with the authority to do anything to fix the problems.
