Job was well done, roof looks great, however the workers did not finish in one day (not a problem) and did not clean entirely the place around the house as promised in the initial talk I had with the sale person ( he promised everyday clean up in case the work must be done for more than one day)Also, I had to request few times a magnetic sweep of the yard, because I saw nails even though the workers said they did the sweepEven after the jobs was finished I still found nailsThe BIGGEST PROBLEM, I saw a worker to urinate on the side wall of the house, over the bushesI told the sales person about that and he said it should not have happened at all, but did not offer his apology I found out that the sale person never told the office management about the incidentWhen I called later the sale person said that the worker was fired but again never offer an apologyIs he really fired I do not know I still feel disgusted and mad about thatI feel as my house was violated and desecrated

I received several estimates before choosing Heartland. Competitive pricing, friendly & knowledgeable salesman, and Lifetime Warranty are the reasons I chose this company. The crew was set up, installed my roof, & cleaned up amazingly, all in one day. I have already recommended them!

I agreed to have Heartland Roofing's name appear on a hail damage settlement check from my insurance company with the understanding that Heartland would do the roof replacement. BIG MISTAKE! I had been previously assured by Heartland they could install ANY brand of roofing system on my roof. They also gave me assurances they had the "best warranty in the business" and claimed an A+ Revdex.com rating. After researching the various shingle and manufacturer's warranty options and Heartland's claims, I was disappointed to find out that Heartland was only fully certified with GAF and partially certified with [redacted]. I carefully compared roofing systems and determined that [redacted] offered the best system for my home and the best MANUFACTURER'S warranty. Since Heartland was not certified with [redacted], I could not get the manufacturer's warranty through them. The Heartland "lifetime warranty" is a joke. Read the fine print, compare warranties and judge for yourself.

They claim 45 years in business, but if you check their contractor license history you'll see a different story. They don't even operate under the same contractor license they advertise along with their A+ Revdex.com rating claim. Check the facts for yourself and determine the worth of their "lifetime warranty". When I tried to cancel my Heartland contract, I was told there was a 33% cancellation fee. This was not stated in the agreement itself. After getting lawyers involved, we finally agreed on an out-of-court settlement to dissolve the agreement and get my insurance money cleared to have another contractor replace my roof. Unfortunately, the customer invoice I got from Heartland was for work NOT performed. Obviously they make customers by any means possible. Bottom line, steer clear of Heartland Roofing and do NOT sign an insurance agreement with them. The integrity of your home is not worth the risk!

I recently had my roof and Windows done through this company. I just wanted to take a minute to say how professional everyone was, from the office staff to the salesman and the crew with there operations manager. They all did exceptional work and the clean up was great. I only found 4 nails after the job the next day. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Excellent Job! Great clean up and did the job in one day. Salesman was low pressure and didn't ask for any money down, just paid when the job was complete. Lifetime no leak warranty on the roof.

The entire Heatland team was outstanding. The salesman was great and was easy to contact. The roof is gorgeous, the clean up was spot on. My neighbors have complimented me on my roof and one even told me how impressed he was at how busy the crew stayed making sure that all trash was promptly picked up.
