Our Company sold the customer the equipment at a discounted rate with his signed agreement saying that he would continue to be a monitored customer for three years.Pricing on a monthly agreement is much different from a three year agreement There are no discounts given on the equipment purchase and the monitoring is at a different rate The price of the equipment would be $vs $835.00.We would sincerely like to work with this customer to resolve this misunderstanding.We are willing to negotiate a settlement The difference in the price of the equipment is $ We are willing to accept $as a compromise and not go through collections if the customer is willing to withdraw his complaint.We truly believe that we have done everything with integrity and honesty

We believe that our contract is quite clear. And since the customer paid for the equipment where the box was also unchecked, we believe the customer was fully aware of the details of the contract that he signed. However since we value our honorable reputation more than the money in this situation, we will abandon the claim with this customer and cancel his account immediately provided he withdraws his complaint with the Revdex.com.
