Attorney general complaint
Signed a contract with them in Aug 2019. Received absolutely nothing from them or any of their agents. Yes, nothing. Filed a complaint with state attorney generals office. Every time you talk to them expect “god bless” and a Christian impression. Total BS. You can not trust these two. He told me how much he loves Sean Hannity and his endorsement. Ha—what a name dropping big mouth. You will get a bunch of blab and big promises. Find a reputable agency that does something.

Good Afternoon,
The consumer's desired resolution: I EXPECT THE TERMS OF THE TRANSFER AGREEMENT TO BE HONORED.
Heartland Transfer, LLC. has always honored the terms of the written Agreements our...

clients enter into. AND WE HAVE HONORED THIS AGREEMENT.
Our client entered into an agreement to have Heartland Transfer legally transfer her ownership of two timeshares on December 17th, 2016 and on July 18th, 2017 the aforementioned timeshares were legally recorded in the County of Osceola, Florida. It actually took seven months including the Christmas, New Years and other national holidays that came during the transfer period.
Regarding [redacted] having not returned her call, after looking into the matter it was determined that the client actually called [redacted] on her cell phone rather than our Customer Service phone when inquiring about the status.
We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and look forward to our client's happy reply.
Sincerely,

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2017/07/25) */
Today (7/24/2017), I received verbal and written (via email) confirmation from the Daily Management Accounting Department that their records indicated that both timeshares have been transferred out of my name effective (7/11/2017) and that I am released from ALL financial obligations associated with them.
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank [redacted] of Heartland Transfer for her recent communications and efforts to clarify, expedite, and conclude our business transaction.

Heartland Transfer is among the leading firms in our industry both in terms of volume and reputation. Our Money Back Guarantee in writing is without peer. We honor our commitments to our clients...always. We have fulfilled our promise to legally and permanently terminate the timeshare...

of [redacted] and [redacted]. In this particular case history, we were unhappy with the length of time the transfer was taking. We contacted Mr. [redacted] to inform him of our decision to move their file to a different vendor. We explained to him that new closing documents were being prepared for their signatures. Upon receipt of those transfer documents, he and Ms. [redacted] were to sign and notarize them and return them to the closing company for processing. When the documents arrived, Mr. [redacted] called our office and confirmed having received them. He informed us that his new maintenance bill had arrived in the mail and wanted to know what we were going to do about it. We explained to Mr. [redacted] that he would not be responsible for the maintenance fees that the new owner of their timeshare would be paying them PROVIDED Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] promptly signed and returned the closing documents to the closing company. He agreed to do so. A few days AFTER speaking with Mr. [redacted], our office received a phone call from Ms. [redacted].  She WAS ANGRY and did not want to allow us to explain WHY their file had been moved to a different vendor. This resulted in unnecessary delays incurred by the closing companies(s). On February 22nd, 2018 the new deed was recorded in Maricopa County, AZ. On March 1st, the resort verified that [redacted] and [redacted] were no longer the owners of record. Heartland Transfer mailed a copy of the recorded deed along with a check as full reimbursement for the 2018 maintenance fees they paid. Respectfully,JC SkidmoreCEO

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/12/04) */
We deeply regret the time and energy our client expended simply trying to get answers from [redacted]. At no time during this entire saga was Heartland Transfer made aware of this. Upon receipt of the complaint, I called our...

client and apologized adding that we had ceased doing business with [redacted] and offered her two options; we would fully refund the entire amount paid to us OR we would pay a law firm to complete the transaction. Our client agreed to have us retain the law firm and we have paid all the fees required to complete the cancellation of the timeshare. This should not have happened. We trusted [redacted] to fulfill our clients' agreements with us. We trusted them and they failed us. In all our years of helping clients, this is the first time a vendor has failed to meet our expectations.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2017/12/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I was contacted by Mr. [redacted] about my complaint. He informed me that my issue was brought to his attention because of this complaint. He apologized and explained what happened with [redacted]. He offered to refund my money or he could turn it over to the law firm they retained. I agreed to let the law firm take on the case. I have been contacted by the law firm and they have assured me they could/would resolve this matter. I have agreed to give them time to work on the issue. While frustrated that I was strung along for just shy of a year, I am allowing for this to continue on the word of Mr. [redacted] that it will be resolved.
